My services as a postpartum doula vary and include, but are not limited to:
- Feeding support
- Sleep support
- Light housework
- Emotional support
- Resources
- Meal preparation / cooking
- Sibling support
Pricing
Early postpartum support $390
To be used within the first six weeks postpartum.
This package includes 12 hours of postpartum support.
Additional hours can be added at a rate of $35/hour or multiple packages can be purchased to be used back to back.
Long-term postpartum support $780
To be used within the first 12 weeks postpartum
This package includes 24 hours of postpartum support.
Additional hours can be added at a rate of $35/hour or multiple packages can be purchased to be used back to back.
Hourly $35/hour
When you need just a few hours of assistance or care.
Three hour minimum.
Meet and Greet
I offer a complimentary meet and greet so that we can get to know each other. I am aware how nerve wracking it can be to invite someone into your home, so you need to make sure that I am the right fit for you and your family. I can share how I will support you through the postpartum period. This meet and greet can be done in your home, at a local coffee shop, or via zoom.
