My services as a postpartum doula vary and include, but are not limited to:
- Feeding support
- Sleep support
- Light housework
- Emotional support
- Resources
- Meal preparation / cooking
- Sibling support
Pricing
Early postpartum support $390
To be used within the first six weeks postpartum.
This includes four daytime shifts of three hours.
Additional hours can be added at a rate of $35/hour.
Long-term postpartum support $780
To be used within the first 12 weeks postpartum
This package includes 24 hours of postpartum support, to be used in three or four hour daytime increments.
Additional hours can be added at a rate of $35/hour.
Hourly $35/hour
When you need just a few hours of assistance or care.
Three hour minimum.
Meet and Greet
I offer a complimentary meet and greet so that we can get to know each other. I am aware how nerve wracking it can be to invite someone into your home, so you need to make sure that I am the right fit for you and your family. I can share how I will support you through the postpartum period. This meet and greet can be done in your home, at a local coffee shop, or via zoom.
